That wasn't quite what I was expecting, but if you read the books in which this show is taken, then you know exactly what's coming...

There is a decent number of differences between show and books, including reduced characters, early deaths, extended lives, etc.

The issue with The Walking Dead is that you have such a small group of characters that any change feels major, while with things like Harry Potter and Game of Thrones, you have a slew of side/minor characters that you can piddle around with and not have people revolt.

Just to the casual fans like myself it's not very noticeable. Either that or I have a short memory.. lol.

Harry Potter ruined me.

There were 4 things in the first book that I thought as I was reading, "Well, I cannot wait to see this in a movie, that is going to be fantastic."

All 4 things were cut.

I noticed.

Tywin is a major power in the Game of Thrones universe a lot of things could turn on whether he lives or dies.
