Oval to better display Staff member's title?

I know I might of gotten on the wrong side of some people here but I have a suggestion and just hear me out on this.

You know how it shows who is a staff member up above the message they post? Well, I was thinking, why not make it so that users can see what there title is. So, for instance with GTN Eric it could show (Staff) (Founder), Fshguy would be (Staff) (Developer). When it comes to Obsidian Tides it could be (Staff) (ENC) (Reviewer) or (Rvwr), B8TINGU would be (Staff) (CA), Zombie in PJs would be (Staff) (CEM) and Dark Lord White would be (Staff) (CET). Then when a member moves their mouse over the oval it could show what the Abbreviations mean. This way a user wouldn't have to go to the About me page to see what the Staff members title is.
To be honest, the titles aren't all that specific. We typically share a lot of roles simply because we can contribute, so we aren't actually limited unless it comes to the tech side of things.
I can't speak for everyone, but I think we want staff to be approachable, so it helps when people don't feel like they have to find the "right" staffer to talk to about an issue. Titles tend to add a sense of hierarchy that I don't think we're shooting for.

Let me ask you this, though: do you feel it's clear enough who is staff when you're browsing posts and such? If there's a visibility or clarity problem, I'm sure we could work on it.
