Yep, I've started up WoW again now that I'm in summer and have nothing else to do.

I've been playing my Hunter who is 64 [Armory page here] and only stopped playing him when a Boonkin Druid kept Moonfire-spamming me ='(

Hopefully he'll be gone by the time I log back on.

I play The Venture Co. Server although I'm considering moving to Ragnaros (because I have more friends there who play Alliance).

Thankfully I haven't tried to get back into WoW. For one, I hate paying a monthly fee to become anti-social. When I used to play this game, it was seriously all I wanted to do. MMORPGs like this are incredibly addicting for me so I have learned to just stay away.

Though for some reason I still have it installed on my PC. Frown

I'm quite good with my playing time. I try to limit to a couple of hours a day if that. If I just sit there and try and grind/power level it takes out all the fun.

In the end, I'd rather play NWN2 online than WoW, as it has superior graphics, the world famous D&D battle system, and no fee. A pity my computer hasn't got the processor power for it... I'll probably play it on top specs when I have my Alienware or XPS.

I don't see myself on WoW anytime soon, unfortunately...

If you uninstall it, you will pay.

I use prepaid cards. Just so i dont have to worry about cancelling or feeling gulity about paying for something i dont use. The cards suite me better, hence why i looked into AoC i can stop/start ,uch easier than cancelling debits and stuff.

so i got the burning crusade expansion today. i wanted to download the free trial but it was taking forever and after logging in it turned out i couldnt play until i got the expansion one way or another so here i am. and the patch is taking its time. even after going to the support page.

EDIT:

so it finally downloaded after taking the whole day. even after taking all the support page advice, turning peer to peer off. Blizzard need to sort that out, the only time i ever had to wait anywhere near that time was when i first installed the core game. I know for a fact it wasn't my internet as everything was working fine up until the download and my router is opposite me through a paper thin wall.

I really feel the pull to buy WoW. I'm going to crack soon. I can see it.

its only £10 in game you should get it then call me. if we are on the same server we can team up. i have a lvl 23 night elf rogue and a lvl 8 blood elf warlock (since i got the expansion). seeing as you have loads of cash or atleat £20 if you want WoW and Burning Crusade theres no reason not to try your pc downstairs will be more than enough to handle it and you can just install the game to your HDD.

I'm on the Eonar realm so look for that when signing up. preferably be the same race as me or itll take ages for us to find each other.

My sister already has WoW on the PC downstairs... I'm gonna get it for switzerland, but I'll try her account soonish. I'll make a character on it sometime tomorrow just for funsies.

I think I'm going to retreat to something a little less addictive then WoW.

Like Crack.

just get it for here, itll work in switzerland anyways. didnt know your sister got it. free trial or actual game?

and if you do try make your own character as the game is constantly saving it wouldnt be fair on her effort if you screwed up.

Of course I'd make my own character, man. And she has the whole version with another 45 days left on timecard.

Once I start getting some money from school, I may put some more money into WoW. But not until I get Fable 2 though.
