Kaens, you should buy some pearler beads. My son has friends over and they make torches, shovels, axes, pickaxes, etc out of them. Little beads play well into making Minecraft gear.

Beados is like a crappy version of Pearler Beads, but, with less options. It is easy to make three-dimensional items out of pearlers, like, my son has made Minecraft Torch wall sconces, with a place to put in a tea light. You can also turn them into keyrings, necklace charms, earrings, etc.

Usually places like Michael's will have giant tubs of pearlers, plenty of trays to lay out designs on, and everything else you need.

Pinterest used to be a good place to get info, too, but, since it now forces you to login/have an account, I don't ever go there.

Minecraft, Marvel, DC, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Image, Nintendo, Sega, basically, any geek culture you can think of, someone is making ornaments, figures, jewelry, wall art, etc out of pearler beads. You really just need some type of template to work with and an iron. I have a Captain America shield in my cubicle I have made with my son, and he and his friends have numerous Minecraft tools/weapons they have made (both small and true scale...).
