Even if i'm on the "active user" list, my profile haven't been synced since 12-19-2016 08:10 PM
Any chance to get it fixed ?

Looks like you have some invalid Privacy settings; have you received any e-mails from GTN? It may contain steps to fix it.

If not there may be some options you can try:
1. Head over to your Xbox Settings and make sure that the "Others can see your game and app history" is set to Everyone.
2. Go to your Gamertag Nation settings and find the Gamertag section. There should be a "Sync Xbox One and Windows 10 games" checkbox under Sync; make sure it's checked.

Let me know what you find out, and we'll go from there.
