So I don't know why but my enthusiast streak has been reset to zero, which sucks cause i was at over 220, I did encounter several times during the day yesterday where the site was delivering an offline page with the header

Website is offline | 521: Web server is down

this site is set as my home page for every device I own, therefore I literally cannot miss a day logging into the site.

If this can be looked into I would appreciate it

Well, it seemed like sometimes I had to make sure I was actually logged in each time. Sucks to lose it at 220, hopefully they can fix you up, but, for future reference...

At the risk of sounding like a dick here, the badge description is "Visit the site (while logged in) for 250 consecutive days."

it isn't visit the site and write a review, make a post, etc. not that it would have mattered. I have the site set as a home page, I do not store a password thus requiring me to actually log in to the site. I was brought to my activity page, at which point i tried to browse to another page, and as I stated previously was sent to a page with the header - Website is offline | 521: Web server is down. As i believe i was able to fulfill the requirements of at least logging in. I would like it if some member of the staff can verify, that I did indeed log in. At the times that I am able to log in consistently this has become a relatively consistent problem. I would just like a member of staff at this point to let me know, tough shit or not

So I try to do at least one of the above mentioned activities so that I can go to my feed and point to with a time stamp just in case the site has a hiccup that is out of people's control. I can't speak for the Eric or the staff, nor do I know if that can even be checked, but if you had done any of the above activities then there you go. Good luck none the less.
I was willing to believe you, but I don't know of a way to change an individual streak for a badge, even with my access. Perhaps Eric would be able to dig even deeper, but I can't promise it's something that can even be edited.

Unfortunately I have since found out that being "logged" in and being active is not the same thing and the badge description is not so good. While you can be "logged" in you can still lose your enthusiast streak, as in my case.

So here is the real scoop on these badges. Simply staying logged in will not help. You say you keep yourself logged in at all times, as do I and Eric mostly too, but even we are logged in we can't be here 24/7. Your log in actually goes dormant after an indeterminate amount of time, so while you may be physically logged in if your not being active the site will loose track of you. It won't log you out, but it won't count you as being logged in otherwise a lot of use would have the Flash Mob badges (Join the party by logging in when there are 50 members logged in to the site.) You kind of have to wake your profile up here at times or you will be counted as not being "logged" in. Your right, you don't have to post anything on any given day but it helps as mentioned by MarvsMitts. Simply by surfing around the site jumping a few forums should suffice, I believe futiles has proven this theory in the past.

Now I'm not sure why this does this , it may be a random bug Eric doesn't know about or it may be programmed in to help stop spam bots. This is why I always post to one of my friends profiles. currently I am at 336 days and I would hate to lose that streak. I have seethe login error and six down error myself and if this is when you were last active and the site lost track of you then you tried to get in you may have lost your streak due to this very small window. For that I can only apologize, but as stated by Obsidan Tides early there may not be anything we can do about it.

When i first joined the site i lost inconsequential streaks to EXACTLY the problem and issue you cited as example. Thus changing my own personal method, my issue specifically was I signed in and then tried to browse, out of habit to all of the tings I normally would only to then be brought to the site error message
