Hello, I join the site a few weeks ago however it seams not to have synced up yet. Nothing is showing in my recent activity, achievements, or games even thou I am active on both my 360 and Xbone. Not sure if I missed something I am supposed to do on my end or if its out of my hands. Thanks!
You came to the right place. B8TINGU or Fshguy should see this and they can take a look. If they can't nudge it along, they will escalate it to Eric to fix it.

An email is need to varify your account. Once a verification is done thru this process you should have no problems synching, but please be aware it could take a few days for our scanners to catch everything in your profile depending on your activities. So please check the email account you used to sign up to GTN with. There should be an option in profile setting to have the site resend you a verification email if you think that is the problem. May I ask what email you use: gmail, yahoo or such? You don't have to give the address here on the forum just the provider if you can. You can use a mother email provider I personally use gmail for most of my stuff but do have a yahoo account as well.

I'm Actually having the same problem. The Evil Within is my only synced game though. I have Sunset Overdrive, Blazblue chronophantasma, Advanced warfare, and gears of war ultimate edition for my XbONE. I'm not able to post a rating on any thing because it says i don't have it. except The Evil Within.
Its linked to my Gmail, and I have been getting messages, ill try to re-verify, and/or switch it to my MSN email and see if that helps.

- I was going through some other issues that other people have had that was similar to mine, and found that the privacy settings on my account via the Xbox site may have been an issue. So I had fixed that as well, so time to see if one of these worked heh.

Have you also tried changing your account privacy settings as Bant did? By sharing game history with Everyone, it allows the syncing service to pick up on what you've played.
