Apps have this note on their pages:

This game/app is excluded from gamer completion totals and completed game listings.

Yet, it looks like they are counting towards my completion percentage. Currently my stat pages says that I need 16 achievements to hit a 90% completion percentage. I have popped another 12 achievements today in apps. I can re-confirm once I am scanned today.

Just to confirm, the 12 zero point achievements did count towards my 90% bringing my needed total to 4.
So I unlocked 3 more app achievements when I only needed to unlock 1 more. My stats says I am at 90%. Hovering over the percentage still says I need 1 achievement and I am at 90%. The badge has not unlocked.
I am extremely confused on how this should be working now. My achievement count is 9594. That is with the apps achievements. Shouldn't the app achievements not be included in my overall tally? TA has my achievement total at 9568. I unlocked 2 achievements in Titanfall and 1 in the twitch app last night. That took 3 achievements off my road to 90%, now I need 40 achievements for the badges, which is counting the 1 App achievements towards my total again. These numbers are yo-yoing all over the place.

Can someone on the staff please let me know what is going on?

Status changed to 'Logged' - Sorry for the delay. Apps were meant to be excluded from the completed tab and your completion rate. It was only half done. Will have this resolved by next week.

Status changed from 'Logged' to 'Resolved' - Everyone's completion rate has been updated so apps are correctly excluded from the completion rate calculation.

Thanks for the update Eric. Looks like I am still above 90% with the correction/exclusion of the app achievements, but no badge has been awarded. I will give it another day for things to run in the background.
The badge popped late this morning thanks again for fixing this.
