Should all titles that aren't recognized by 360 DB be considered One titles here?

(You may not vote on this poll)

× 16 (45.71%) Nope, it's easier to keep them separate. (No Easy Badges)

× 5 (14.29%) Yes. it's easier to track when bundled. (Easier Badges)

× 14 (40.00%) What in holy F are you talking about, Porsche? Just poll voting at this point... (voting badge?)

Howdy folks. I was just looking at some data of my games played and whatnot and came across a strange thought: When I check my gamerscore through the 360 dashboard, it calls everything that isn't 360 a One title, such as Minecraft in the iOS and Fire versions, or Win10 titles. So my 'gamerscore' from these titles is over 5k, in several games, yet, here, it only shows that I have played only 1 One title. I am slightly confused to how this is tracked between Xbox and our site here. Is Minecraft on Android an Android title, or a One title? Is Solitaire Win10 a One title or Win10 title? I understand that they are what they are here because they are actually from that OS, but isn't odd that 360 views any and all not 360 titles as One/Win10 titles?
I think it's just lazy coding from Microsoft and it's easier to to One Titles rather than put Other Format Title which would sound shit haha.
At first I was like..WHAT! Then I was like Whoa.... And then I was like oh..... And then I realized what you were talking about and it made sense...but I can't figure out why that would be. Maybe it has something to do with these other OS not being as popular? Aube if more Xbox games were compatible with them, they would get thier own designations.

Because the 360, to Microsoft, is an End of Life platform. Since they have stopped full support on it, they have greatly increased the platform after it. They are not, and really should not be expected to, going to go back to the 360 dashboard, and code in support for all the new directions in which the platform is headed. So, for ease, they just tag all new platform expansions in such a way that the 360 can handle it with its limited platform options.

And, all these new platform paths ARE actually based on the Xbox One expanded platform, so, from a certain point of viw (the 360's), they are Xbox One Platform games.

Thanks, futiles.

Sorry to everyone else that I may have confused. I have weird trains of thought sometimes....
It doesn't affect anything here, it's just wording on Xbox 360. Microsoft themselves on Xbox.com can differentiate the different titles from different platforms.

Xbox One/Windows 10 is the new reality. It allows for cross-play/play-anywhere, unlocked multiplayer, porting across OS devices, shared saves/profiles. The 360 just doesn't. So, they add a bit of code in to make the 360 "understand" what it is seeing. If it was "screw the 360 owners" - then they wouldn't add any code, the 360 would error out when looking at your gaming history, and their response would be, "Screw the 360 owners."

We are going to have a bigger problem when this play anywhere hits properly. By my understanding there wont be separate achievement lists therefore no way to differentiate whether your playing on X1 or win10. How will this site classify them?
