King of Kinect badge 10/10 not Unlocked

Hey all,

My King of Kinect badge has been at 10/10 since I joined this site a few months ago. My progress per the King of Kinect II badge shows I have 17 completed. Could we please look into picking the lock on this Wink The badges are the main reason I joined.

If the staff don't respond here in a day or two go to the staff page and PM one (other than Eric) and it should get sorted out quick after that, but give the post a couple days to get looked at first.

First off let me apologize, for this. Sometimes badges get stuck for unknown reasons. We like to see if the badge will unlock itself or what may be causing the trouble. Let me ask a few questions though.

Is this the only badge you're having difficulty with?

Have you played any of these titles since you have had the criteria?

Have you tried a manual synch to your profile?

I would try that last one first. If you have already tried these, I will poke around and see what happens and if all else fails I'll verify your stats and award you the badge manually. Thanks for your patients and for bringing this to our attention. I hope we can work together an resolve this quickly.

Yes, this is the only badge I'm currently having an issue with. I think one or two did the same after I signed up but they eventually fixed themselves.

I have not played any of the completed titles or any new Kinect titles since joining.

As futiles stated, I don't see an option to perform a manual sync of my profile.

I think I have a Kinect Fun Labs game I never actually started for some reason. If I have time I'll try that this weekend and see if it gives the badge a kick.
How does one perform a manual sync when not premium or staff? I don't have an option to perform one on my profile, nor on any of the settings pages that make the most sense.

Perhaps providing a link to a new comer would be helpful in this situation.

My apologies, I thought everyone had at least one manual synch per day free of charge, maybe that changed or maybe its just that I'm staff and can see it. If that's the case I'll just try that on my end first, there are a number of options for synching at my disposal.

Actually I had to manually award you the badge. I tried the normal stuff and we have had some problems with this badge before, so instead of making you wait any longer. Sorry it took this long and remember anytime you have these types if problems I will do whatever I can to help out, but sometimes its even out of my control. Glad to help at least.
