  • Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom 360

A terrible game that hooked me and I kept playing and playing. Sometimes you gotta fight through the flaws to find the real fun in a game.

  • Culdcept SAGA 360

Great card/board game with an awesome first person story, online battles, and of course deck building.

  • Bolt 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:55 PM

Go ahead, finish doing your double take.

Yeah, I loved Bolt. Penny played like a stealth game, collectibles, and fun platforming. I will admit I loved the movie, but there were times when I thought, "I can't believe this licensed kid's game is so good!"

  • The Bourne Conspiracy 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:55 PM

    Solid game all around.

  • Silent Hill: Homecoming 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:54 PM

Suspenseful and builds tension by telling a story that sucked me in. Great use of the fog, which was no doubt so thick and close to deal with technical limitations but it was used well in the story.

  • Penny Arcade Adventures: Episode 1 XBLA
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:53 PM

The comic makes me laugh sometimes, but a full game? They can't do it. I was wrong. I loved the old school feel and real time combat system that looked like a SNES rpg.

  • A Kingdom for Keflings XBLA
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:52 PM

One of those games that appeals to everyone. My friends and their wives all ended up playing and loving this.

  • Banjo-Kazooie XBLA
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:51 PM

Revisiting a classic N64 platformer from the days of platformers. Tight controls and on par with a Mario game.

  • LEGO Batman 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:51 PM

Just when I thought I was sick of Lego games, they reel me back in!

  • Prince of Persia 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:50 PM

I thought this was a great reboot of a franchise that had grown tired.

  • Castle Crashers XBLA
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:49 PM

I never played with online was busted because I was very late to the party, however I played four player coop with my nephews and brother and we went through the entire game in one night. We all loved it.

  • Braid XBLA
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:48 PM

I feel this game got way too much credit, but I'm not blind to the fact that it's an engaging unique game.

  • Call of Duty: World at War 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:47 PM

I know everyone thinks Zombie mode, but I'm into CoD games for the single player.

  • Tomb Raider: Underworld 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:46 PM

I took many years off from Lara and it was good to play again. Exploration and puzzle solving = winner.

  • Rez HD XBLA
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:45 PM

My first Q Entertainment game and I was really impressed. Not by the play style, but the music and how it interacted with my actions. Seems simple, and looking at all the parts I don't know why but I love this game.

  • Naruto: The Broken Bond 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:44 PM

Sequel to one of the games that really surprised me last year. This wasn't as good as last years, but I still enjoyed it.

  • Tales of Vesperia 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:43 PM

This was my first Tales game and I enjoyed the exploration and story and never felt like I had to grind levels to get through something.

  • Lost Odyssey 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:42 PM

I loved this JRPG and am so sad that there will likely never be a sequel. I really enjoyed the flashbacks and how Kaim's past unraveled through those dreams. The first few nights I tried to play they put me to sleep, but I stuck with it and I'm glad I did.

  • Dead Space 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:41 PM

It took a long time for me to play this one, but I'm glad I did because it ended up being one of my favorite games this year.

  • Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:40 PM

Still great, to me Rainbow Six is Splinter Cell with 2 helpers. Sneaking around and then breaching doors remains a thrill, especially in the Vegas environment.

  • Mirror's Edge 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:39 PM

I hear lots of people didn't like the shooting in this game. I wouldn't know because I never shot anyone! This game was about traversal and hand to hand. I hope there is a sequel one day.

  • Fable II 360
    Added: 10-25-2013 06:37 PM

The most action game RPG I think I've ever played, but I thoroughly enjoyed the combat, the art direction, and exploration.
