If you travel to the location for the challenge 'Episode 2 - Buck Strikes Back' there will be a parking garage nearby with around 20 or so of these Vending machines. After traveling to the area, proceed to smash all of these Vending machines, then go back to the challenge and load it up. Once the challenge loads up, immediately quit it and once the game loads up again, all of the Vending machines will be intact allowing you to smash them again. Keep repeating this process until the achievement unlocks.
