Just an addition to C64 Mat - You will need to restart your game in order to get this to unlock. This happened to me on both Console and PC.

Deathfog Method

Undead Dwarf
All available attribute points into strength
One combat ability point in pyromancy and the other in polymorph
Learned the skills Haste (pyro) and Chameleon Cloak (poly)

I ran through the prologue until I got to second floor (setting your base class to any that would typically use a bow will give the evidence chest a high chance of having a bow that can be used to detonate the barrel easier when you get to it). Then, after getting the key, stood outside the door and casted Haste on myself. Opened the door and booked it to the barrels mashing A button. I got both but dropped one. Once in Fort Joy I ran up the ladder on the right side of where Dallis and them are. Got a little behind the two guards by the main doors and casted Chameleon Cloak. Used the toss item option to place the barrel as close to Alexander I could and shot the barrel instantly.

This took less than 5 minutes...most of that being load times.

Buggy as shit. Just a heads up I had my xbox off for quite a while and I had even finished the full story and started some of the DLC before powering it down, when this popped. Buggy beware...

This is an unmissable and is completely story related but may not pop at first.

Believe it or not, this achievement can be save scummed. However, the achievement for 10 dishes cannot. (Super Cook)

Simply save your game in front of a cooking stand or restaurant
Cook or order a dish
Re load your game
Repeat until you hit 30 dishes.

After the completion of Chapter 4, Ex Mission 67 "Date with Paz" will become available. Complete this mission with Rank S and the achievement pops.

In order Obtain Rank S on a date with Paz you have to raise her affinity level to 200, she starts at 0. To do this, you have to use the coop communications with all the positive choices to increase her affinity. These can set in the Mission Prep screen. You can also have Snake wear the Tuxedo (Obtained after the final Peace Walker fight), take photos of Paz with the Camera, and bring the Walkman along to help set the mood in order to raise her affinity level. Be sure to take the Love Box along too as it is required to finish the mission.

Once all 16 have been used just hide in the Love Box next to Paz, who will join you, and the mission is then complete.

Hideo Kojima is inside the truck with the license plate 63824. The truck to complete the mission is 64779. I believe there is confusion on when this achievement will pop if you are replaying the mission after the first attempt. If the achievement does not pop when you find him in the truck, then just finish the cut scene and go back to mother base. It will pop once you flip through all of the soldiers you picked up on the mission from the Fulton balloon.

1. Buy flax from the central market.

2. Open your Processing Menu (LT and up on d-pad, then over to the left with analog stick, selecting Processing)

3. Tab over to Heating. Select A to open your pocket inventory.

4. Select the stack of cotton or flax.

5. Hit Y to confirm Let it cook. Walk away, go to sleep, or watch it - it will processes until your material is gone. I did this in a few sessions while I was sleeping.
