If the chair stun does not work for you, you can walk the boss back to the stripper poles. There you are invulnerable and can just swing on the pole until you kill him. Makes it easy if you cannot stun him with the chair.

If you are unsure about the chair stun, all you have to do is kick the chair into the boss when he is coming at you. I was able to do this once, but he walked around the other times I tried. So I just walked him back to the poles. Either way should work for you. Good luck.

You can earn this right when you spawn into the game. There is a teacher standing next to the chalkboard. Go and attack them and the achievement is yours.
