    N0RVY posted a guide for Cat-A-Kinesis.

Your cat will obtain this ability once it has captured 25 ghosts. There's an important distinction to make here: "Ghosts" look like see-through sims, not the more abstract looking "Spirits" that you can have your cat hunt for, or sometimes find while visiting haunted houses.

The best way to grind this is to use the level 11 karma power Ghost Invasion while in your home, with a cat ready to capture the ghosts. You should get 3-5 for each activation.

You can track your cat's progress by viewing its skill journal. Once you've earned the ability, it will appear under the Command menu when your cat interacts with a human.

N0RVY posted a guide for Flirting with Disaster.

You will earn this automatically after obtaining the level 11 challenge reward "No Backlash." This is a sure-fire way to earn the achievement, rather than the tricky way of trying to set up a big wish win right as you go -50.

N0RVY posted a guide for Ace Bassist.

This can be on any difficulty, obviously the higher it is, the quicker it'll go. Quickplay counts just as well as story mode. It only counts your best score per song, though, so playing the same song multiple times won't help you. However, you must play the songs solo. If you play with someone else, it won't count.

N0RVY posted a guide for Life Preserver.

You win a white deck after beating the second campaign mission. You don't need to unlock any cards for it, the standard deck should work fine.

Go to Custom Duel, and hit X to open the advanced options. Bump your starting handsize up to 9, and the AI's down to 5. It can't hurt to turn the AI down to the lowest difficulty in options, either. Elspeth is a good opponent to use here as her deck is very defensive. If you don't see a lot of lifegain in your hand, don't be afraid to draw a new hand a few times, you won't be able to keep more than 7 in your hand after your first turn ends anyway.

Play very conservatively, leaving everything untapped to block to keep your opponent from attacking and focus on gaining life. Only use Pacifisms on creatues that you can't block and kill. One good combat trick is to block with Goldenglow Moth, then cast Holy Day. The moth won't die, and you'll still gain the 4 life.

This is also boostable in a player match with a friend.

N0RVY posted a guide for Gate Hacker.

When you have an option to bash a gate, door, or chest, bash it. If you select the lockpick or spell options, rather than bash, you will miss this achievement.

A few doors don't have a bash option. Don't worry, if you don't have the bash option, it's ok to open it via another means.

You do not need to go out of your way to hunt down all the gates, doors, and chests. Just use it on the ones you were going to interact with anyways.

If you've followed these instructions, the achievement will unlock immediately after The Happily Ever After achievement.

N0RVY posted a guide for Can't Get Enough.

The achievement progress bar (accessible by pausing and choosing statistics from the campaign) shows your progress out of 24. A free patch added more modes and maps that don't add to this progress.

Here are the only ones that actually count:

    Modes:
    Total Chaos
    Escalation
    Barrel Dash
    Rampage

    Maps:
    Complex
    Watch Tower
    Vista
    Factory
    Cascade
    Pipeline

Do each map listed on each mode listed, and you'll be good to go.

    General tips:
Wrecking Crew is a swap-the-controller offline multiplayer mode. You can do it with only one player.

Set the number of rounds and time setting to the lowest possible.

Rampage is technically 3 minutes, but the time goes down as you use up ammo. Pick thermobaric rockets, and they'll shave off 30 seconds each time you fire them.

N0RVY posted a guide for Ace Pilot.

N0RVY posted a guide for Illumination.

Story achievement, can't be missed. The quest is called True Gemini, and you start it at Icarus Alpha.

Scan the surface of Icarus Alpha. Then you'll need to fight three times here: first automated defenses, then gun turrets, and finally the Luminary Archive. Once that's defeated, you'll get the achievement.

N0RVY posted a guide for Eighth of the Lost.

To open up this sidequest, you'll need to progress far enough through the story to complete the Hackerz quest at Ceti VI.

The sidequest is bascially a trek across the map, visiting different locations. You'll need to hack a lot of gates as you go (you probably will unlock the Master Hacker achievement in the process), but don't necessarily need to fight at all for this quest, aside from random battles and hostile systems. As you progress through this sidequest, you'll even gain the ability to run from these encounters via PSI power, so use it if you need to. Of course, the earlier you do this quest the better, because you'll probably have less enemies.

Here's the chain of places you'll need to visit in order, getting a new quest at each place:

    Atila Sigma
    Pleione Rho
    Perseus Sigma
    Leo Epsilon
    Lacerta Omega
    Procyon Epsilon
    Musca Epsilon
    Typhon Rho

Completion of this sidequest will remove any random battles and stop your ship from being attacked by hostile systems. (Don't worry, you'll still be able to grind for xp if/when you want to, just do a quick battle from the menu screen instead of story mode.)

N0RVY posted a guide for Soul Gatherer.

Story achievement, can't be missed. Quest starts at Elea VII, is called Unidentified.

Next go to Elysia Port and Elysia Lambda, where you'll fight two pirate ships. Then back to Elysia Port.

Next stop, Polaris system, New Ethiopia. You'll fight an unknown vessel. Once you beat that, you'll get the achievement.

So what does this have to do with capturing a soulless? You'll find out as you play along.

N0RVY posted a guide for A Historic Victory.

Boot up Killer Instinct Gold. Wait on the main menu until the selection screen goes away and it begins rolling through character bios. Enter this code: Back button, A, Right on the right stick, Back button, A, X. If you did it correctly you'll hear a laugh. Now to go to any mode and select Gargos (he looks like a gargoyle). After a few seconds in game with him the achievement will pop.
