This is the achievement called "Colombian Made" in the other versions of this game, and is earned by completing the "Los Carnales" story line.

There are a handful of weapons that do not have any attachments and the only requirement is paint schemes. One that you pretty much start with is the AK-47. Simply spend 200,000 of the local currency on the six paint schemes and this achievement is yours. Earn money by completing missions and killing enemies and then looting their bodies and selling the loot.

Press the start button and select options, then sign in. If you have a provider that works for this go to the website and log in per instructions. If you do not, and you know someone who does, you can get this without them divulging their password to you. If you can maintain relatively quick communication with them, just give them the code that appears on screen and allow them to privately sign in on their own computer/smart phone. After the achievement unlocks, you can sign back out from the app if the person that helped you so desires.

The best time to do this is after completing the first heist, getting paid for it, and getting control of Franklin again. You must buy it with Franklin, and you will have enough money for it at this time.
A short time after you buy the Cab company, you will get a call from an employee welcoming you to the business. A random amount of time after that you will get another call saying that a customer has asked for a special driver. You can use any car, but I would recommend a nicer one if you can get it.
Go to the customer and take him where he needs to go. I had a customer that needed to go about 3 miles away in about 3 minutes. That is probably pretty standard. After you drop him off, the achievement will unlock.

This is unlocked when you first attempt to play Grand Theft Auto Online. You will have a cut-scene and then be taken to a race.
If you have already played Grand Theft Auto V on XBOX 360 and transfer your character, this will not automatically happen. You must create a new character and press B when asked if you want to skip the introduction.
