Mine kelp from ocean biomes (tall plants growing from the ocean floor) and collect 9 leaves worth. Dry the kelp leaves in a furnace using wood or coal. Take dried kelp to a workbench and create kelp block. Use kelp block in a furnace to cook food or dry more kelp leaves and achievement will be unlocked. -

If you take the Agency SUV or go-kart in the elevator to the top of the big skyscraper in the Shai-Gen area, you can then drive/carry your vehicle out onto the roof of the building. Once out on the roof, get in your vehicle and drive off the roof toward the street below, which should cause the achievement to unlock once you land. It's also possible to have another player throw your vehicle off the roof in co-op mode. -

Drive over to the Shai-Gen island and find the tall skyscraper with an elevator inside. It is difficult, but possible to drive your vehicle into the elevator. As the elevator goes up to the top, the achievement should unlock. -

Travel to the city of Winterhold and make your way to the College of Winterhold in the NE part of the city. As you enter the first archway, you will be asked by Faralda to cast a spell (she will randomly choose between casting a Firebolt at the eye-shaped seal next to her, conjuring a Flame Atronach on the seal, casting Fear at the seal, casting Healing Hands on her, or casting Magelight at the seal.) Once you have cast a spell, she will welcome you into the College and the achievement will unlock. -
