Oriole2682 posted a guide for Motorhead.

To be more specific...for every 8 wins you get in any single player race, you will unlock a track or vehicle in alternating fashion. If you are going for the full 200, beat all the challenges first, then do a bunch of custom matches:
    With shadows off
    Against rookie AI
Using only the cannon for weapon
Keep the mode the same but change the number of points to win from 15 to 5
It should only take an hour of grinding if you have already completed all three levels of challenges
(Thanks to TerreBullet from xbox360acievements.org Achievement Guide and Roadmap for all information)
You can just keep hitting retry and it does count BTW

Oriole2682 posted a guide for Uncomfortably Energetic!.

When you get to the first checkpoint level (5th level of the game) called Checkpoint Chaos, go past the first five checkpoints without using any Frenzy collecting whatever jars and bubbles you need to fill up your frenzy meter
Then right before you get to the sixth checkpoint hit LT to activate your frenzy.
There are a bunch of jars lined up allowing you to get this achievement very easily and more importantly, very early in the game.

Oriole2682 posted a guide for Opened All Hours.

You have to beat a Pro opponent before you can race on Champion.
Each gate you miss is seconds off your total time, so try not to miss any gates.
Remember to bend your knees for speed, but stand for turns if you're having trouble and missing gates.

This solution works if you have someone who can read the directions of the gates to you as you play. Find a system that works for you, the gates come up really fast on this course. Maybe even have your partner read 3 or more gates at a time, possibly even all the gates up to the jump until you get to the next one and repeat.

**The jumps and flags happen pretty much at the same time on these runs, so when I write "Jump Left" that means there's a jump paired with a flag on the left side, etc.**

Oriole2682 posted a guide for Are you a Catcher?.

The QUICKEST way to do this is at the boss of the very first level. Just stand there without ever attacking him (Scary bunny with the crown on one ear) and stick your hands out directly in front of you everytime he throws a ball at you (he will glow blue right before releasing it). Sometimes my kinect sensor won't recognize the catch for whatever reason. No worries though as it does not matter if you die and restart the level as there is another achievement for retrying a level 10 times.

This achievement should only take you 10-15 minutes if you are starting from scratch. If you do end up beating the level, just exit the game at the next screen and pick that level from the main menu and play it again.

Oriole2682 posted a guide for Smoked.

I personally found Level 48 to be the easiest level to get this on. Just jump up the wall directly in front of you when you start up and over the sawblade and land at the very left of the smoke blocks, quickly run across to the other end and the achievement should pop without even having to beat the level.
