I believe I am missing some badges.

So I've been on this site for about a month now and I believe some badges I should've unlocked aren't unlocked yet.
Since noticing this, I have waited another 2 weeks before opening this thread in case they unlocked later.

The badges I am talking about are:

This is the "Build Me Up", even though I have played LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 on Xbox360 (http://www.gamertagnation.com/games/game-856/)

This is the "Day One Achiever" badge, even though I am an proud owner of the Day One achievements since Xbox One released in my country (Netherlands, September 5th 2014)
(I can take a picture of the achievement on my Xbox One when I get home if necessary)

This is "http://www.gamertagnation.com/badges/badge-219/", But I played "Shadow of Mordor" on Xbox One (http://www.gamertagnation.com/games/game-3410/_

This is the "Toy Master" badge, It is also not unlocked, even though I played Disney Infinity: Toy Box on Windows 8 (http://www.gamertagnation.com/games/game-3428/)

Ok I took a look at your profile and found some pretty amazing things.. Like a lot of my games show 0gs..when I know I've played them...lol.. Ok this is my problem and it's on the Xbox site so, I'm not so worried yet..

Now about you.. I sent you three of the four requested badges.. even though you really didn't unlock the Day One achievement on DAY One.. you cheater...lol.. As for Shadows, I'm afraid Quick has the right response for that, so soon as you finish that bad boy up and if it doesn't unlock for you then, give us a mother holler and I'll fix that one for you too.
