It's rumored that the other 9 that were free in Morroco and free again in Oman but I cannot check this as I own them

Sign into any account other than your Oban one.
Click on Superman tile on homepage of dashboard.
Sign out, then sign into Oban account
You will still see the injustice 33% off tile. Click it.

Create a new outlook, live, or Hotmail.com ID for that region. Then go to Xbox.com with that ID and create a gamertag for that same region then download it to your console.

There is a difference between illegal and against EULA too btw. I don't think you are actually breaking any laws.

No real reason to bump a 10-month old thread. No one never knows for sure what did and did not get people reset, but, bringing a dead and forgotten thread back to the forefront only make new people aware of questionable means to acquire these games.

Basically, why not just leave it dead? (Which forum spam badge are you trying to get?)
