Missing Wish Granted Badge

Hello GTN friends, yesterday i added Crushborgs (For Windows 10) to my Wishlist on Gamertagnation. Today i unlocked some achievements in it, however i have not recieved the Wish Granted badge. Could this be an issue or did i misunderstand the requirements?

I can see that the game was indeed added to your wish list yesterday and achievements were unlocked today. I'm not sure why it didn't register for the badge, but I have manually added it to your profile.
