Completionist Pioneer Badge

Hi; I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this or not as it's not technically a bug, but I would like to know if being the first to complete a game's newest DLC (after having already completed the rest of the game) counts as being the first to complete it for the Completionist Pioneer Badge? As of now, nobody else has completed the newest DLC / Title Update for Smart Moves 2 (Xbox One) and pending the achievements syncing on my profile here, I should be the first to complete it here.

While the description doesn't specifically state if completing all DLC counts, I believe the condition that is required to unlock the badge is to be the first member to complete the base game before any DLC is added to the game.

That makes sense. I was hoping, however

Maybe the wording for the badge needs to altered to reflect completing the base game.

Maybe even add a companion badge for being the first to complete a DLC?
