In the screenshot below, you can see that I can add a review to a game with the big, obvious button:

But, if a game hasn't had a rating yet, you can't add a review because you simply get this:

(Note the lack of button)

It's only a trivial annoyance, as there is an easy way around it thankfully. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you can add your own rating. Once this has saved, you can refresh the page and then add your own review as in the first screenshot, as the game has been given a rating.

The above screenshots are both taken from games in my collection, which I've played and unlocked achievements in.
