I'm not sure if this is a known issue or possibly an update that was made to the forums, but the options to report or directly reply to specific forum posts in a thread are no longer available.

Status changed to 'Logged' - Thanks for reporting this. It was working on my end so I'm guessing something happened with permissions. Will check and report back very soon.

It works for me, too. So it could be an issue that only affects non staff?

Status changed from 'Logged' to 'Resolved' - This has been fixed now. It was related to some changes I made a few days ago.
