This is a personal life achievement, but today I am celebrating 1,500 days of being nicotine free. I quit smoking just over 4 years ago and never felt better.

Awesome! I hit 6 years this month since I quit smoking. I smoked pretty heavy for around 20 years then quit on a whim when the prices went nuts. I don't feel any different but my wallet feels much better and I don't smell like an ashtray anymore Lol

That's great to hear. The rise in price played a part in me quitting too. It was getting way to expensive at $8 a pack. In NYC it's about $14 a pack now.

I smoked for about 20 years too. Two physical improvements for me have been that I sleep better. I can sleep 6-8 hours at a clip now without waking up. And my resting heart rate dropped from 70 to 60 beats per minute.
