Didn't even realize there was a badge for that one. I've been on plenty of times in the middle of the night and I don't have it either.

Sorry, the Night Owl badge wasn't supposed to be made available until after the Time Zone issues were resolved. I've also got to figure out exactly how to award this badge in the system. The logic side of it is still in work. Sorry for the confusion, but this badge will have to come out a little later. Until then, get plenty of sleep!
