I play COD, and I think the History of Halo shows Microsoft have a more keen instinct on how not to divide player base when new iterations arrive.

I don't see that happening either. They just bought them and haven't produced anything under the Microsoft Umbrella.

Also it will be exciting for xbox fans to get all the of the call of duty games on game pass. Mabey this will also let microsoft think of restarting all the old halo servers!
