The best way to earn stars is by doing your daily active tour objectives. Another good way to earn stars is by the “Tour Medals,” which can be found by pressing cn_RT and selecting the tour medals. Completing these often rewards a lot of stars. Once you hit the General Rank you will then earn a “legend” level for every 12 earned stars (as well as 750 gears coins).
