So, looking at this, how many are good or easy games. I hear at least one of those takes at least two Achievement Fests to complete.
So I imported a NTSC-J console in the first year because I love JRPGs and I didn't think most of them would come to the US. I also like, not good at, top down shooters like Ikaruga, which again I didn't expect to come here.

For PAL though, I hate soccer so it would be primarily for snookers and the occasional weird game like Farming Simulator. I mean, stackables are always good if I didn't have a massive backlog. And it might be interesting to see what is taking out of some DE versions of games, but I guess that's why I haven't invested too much into the PAL system.

I'm still considering it though!
Missing some games like:
Truck Racer
Get Fit with Mel B
The Testament of Sherlock Holmes
Asterix at the Olympic Games (Die pigeons die!)
A-Train HX

Not sure if they are region locked or not. I bet smrnov or Stallion has a spreadsheet somewhere.
From my own experience of racing games - some may have been released in NTSC:

Crash Time 1 & 2 have US / EUR stackable versions
Crash Time 5 only has a small print run in Germany / UK

MotoGP recent version may or not have been released in US (not sure)
MotoGP 09/10, 10/11, 13, 14

SBK 08 has a stackable US / EUR versions
There are other newer releases that may not have been released in US
SBK 09, 2011, Generations.

Superstars V8 Racing and Superstars V8 Racing: Next Challenge

There is also the WRC series of games, which I think haven't been released in USA.
WRC 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Isn't there a Sonic MegaDrive Collection to stack with Sonic UGC? I don't see that listed, and it has been an AF favorite...
AFL live 2 is missing from your list. Its a fairly easy game too about 12 hours if you know what your doing.
you don't need a pal console to play Sherlock Holmes vs. Jack the Ripper. The game on demand version on the US marketplace is the pal version.

Yes you will be able to play the GOD on a US console. I did. I don't have a PAL console.
Asterix at the Olympic Games is not region locked. I own it, but I don't own a Pal console.

- I believe that 1 or 2 of the WRC games are region free.
- Your are missing Obut Petanque from your list (Kinect lawn bowling game like Italian bocce) (France)
- Warriors: Legends of Troy was released in Europe on disc, but not in North America.
- You are also missing Iron Sky Invasion from the list.

* I am doing these from memory, but I can look at my collection at home to add to your list.

My horse and me 2 is also region free, you can find copies on ebay sometimes.
