Option to filter locked achievements in a game to exclude discontinued achievements

Hello, today i was trying to get the Project Spark achievements that are still obtainable. I noticed that i can filter to locked achievements only, however it would be very useful if there was an option to exclude achievements with a flag (mainly discontinued) . Currently the only filter options i can see are "or" and "and". Additionally it would also be useful to filter out "online only" achievements.

Basically, you would like a "Not" filter. So that you can show "Locked" not "Discontinued" not "Online Only" or literally any combination of things, in addition to the Or / And filter options.
