Games with 0 achievements in library

There are two games in my library that have 0 earned achievements. Both these are Windows 10 games I tried out but stopped playing before unlocking any achievements. This is something I've done a few times, so I'm curious why these games showed up in my library and no others with 0 unlocked achievements. Could it have something to do with them being Windows 10 games? Is there a way to remove them from my library and not just 'hide' them?

The games are Metro Exodus (Windows 10) and Ori and the Will of the Wisps (Xbox One / Windows 10).
