Time Stamp Error

If you create a new collection the time and date for the last time modified reads 12-31-1969 19:00. Not a huge bug but thought you guys might like to know about it.

Maybe that's not a bug and you really are in the past with advance technology and trying to cover your tracks, but the time continuem is preventing that for some reason and you need help from us future people, which actually we would be past people because you're actually from the far future and time traveled back to 1969 where your hanging out for nefarious reasons and or got inadevertantly stuck and you know by reaching out and trying to get the real help you need could collapse all of reality as we know it and this actually being a hero...or it could be just simple code thingy.
