I may have missed something obvious, in which case ignore me. However, on the off chance I didn't, is there any way of telling when I'm next due to be scanned?

There isn't a way to find out when you personally are going to be scanned next but if you go to the sync status menu under tools it does tell you when both active and inactive members are going to be scanned.
