Can't link my Gamertag?

Hi all,

i have a problem, linking my gamertag:

Sorry, we were unable to retrieve your Xbox Live profile. Please check your Xbox Live privacy/sharing settings.

My Privacy settings should be fine as other sites (e.g. trueachievements) work well.

Is this a known issue?

Hi Sheldon,

No one has been synced on the site for about a week now. I would hazard a guess that it's related to that and the best thing to do would be to sit tight while it gets sorted out. Here's some further reading.
