Incorrect Achievement info

After checking out the Xbox website, I found that the achievement titles and descriptions for Title Updates 1 and 2 for The Explorer of Night are incorrect. Also, the achievement for passing the fourth level in Title Update three should be for passing the sixth level, as Title Update 1 already has an achievement for the fourth level.

I also checked the achievements list for the Windows 10 variant of The Explorer Of Night, but I found no issues there.
