Damn thread got closed just when it was getting good. I'll never rewrite that long post I did, but this was regarding my helmetless comment. Long story short(er)..

I liked the Flyers in the mid-80s because of my family in NJ. I had to watch many games and I loved guys like Marsh (Brad?) who played helmetless but were flying around checking people with reckless abandonment. These guys were so gritty and tough I loved them and they were tops of the division 84-87 when I was watching. You guys were in the bottom then, but of course by 90 it had turned around, but I wasn't watching then so Stick Out Tongue

Also my cousin (the ONE Devils fan in the family) had this poster in his room..

Kinda lame now, but that began my love affair with the girl from Who's the Boss!
Harold Snepts was the shit in the D!

yea she looks pretty hot in that jersey!

Life without internet? I cant even imagine what that would be like
Brad Marsh was one of the original Ottawa Senators, retired here, and owned a bar for years at the Senators arena (Palladium, Corel Centre, whatever it's called now). He was awesome.
