Feed erro

My Feed returns an error since a few months.

Status changed to 'Info Needed' - Hey there! I looked into this a bit, but I was unable to find any issues with the RSS feed you linked. I went ahead and made some encoding changes in hopes that resolves this issue for you, but it was working on my end both before and after these changes were made.

To help me look into this further, could you tell me where you are you seeing that error? For example, are you using a RSS reader/program or some other service?

What I do is that I read the RSS feed and publish my new Achivements on my own blog site.

Since a few months the feed is broken, see attachment.
Last published Achievement is from 03-31-2021 , see my blog site (https://www.supermm.nl/category/supe...-achievements/)

Status changed from 'Info Needed' to 'Logged' - Thanks for the update. I'll look into this some more seeing as to how your doing this through WordPress.

Could you try changing the RSS feed URL so it uses the https protocol? Not sure if that would do anything but may be worth a try.

Result same error.

Problem:
FeedWordPress encountered the following error when trying to retrieve this feed:
https://www.gamertagnation.com/rss.p...vements&u=5378 is invalid XML, likely due to invalid characters. XML error: Mismatched tag at line 136, column 8

If you think this is a temporary problem, you can still force FeedWordPress to add the subscription. FeedWordPress will not be able to find any syndicated posts until this problem is resolved.

Thanks for the update. That RSS feed validates on my end without any issues. It's weird that it references line 136 yet that particular feed doesn't even have that many lines.

I'm wondering if Cloudflare (a service we use here) is stopping those requests at their firewall. I've seen mentions of this same thing happening to other folks with this same plug in and one idea was to have the feed hosted on Feedburner so let's try using this URL instead:

http://feeds.feedburner.com/GTN-Achievements-supermm

Let me know if that doesn't work and I'll dig a little deeper.

New blog posts has been created with the recent unlocked achivements.

Note: Before logging this error here, I tried also a couple of other plug-ins. All the same error, invalid feed.
