Yes, you could go to your profile and click on Achievements in the info bar that has the little house icon. This will default to your unlocked achievements with the most recently unlocked at the top of the list.

You then can click on the Locked tab to see all the achievements you have not unlocked. Then click on the filter and select Common from the Rarity field. That will give you a list of achievements based on rarity percentages.

This would be for games that you have started playing. Hope that helps

Did some more digging into this and you can also go to the Explore dropdown menu and choose Achievements. Click on the all Achievements tab and from there you can use the filter to select common achievements in the Rarity Field. You can narrow down the search by applying any other filter options from there.

I think that should give you something to work with.
