Based on my experience so far.
The ones for getting to know characters are missable as you HAVE to speak to each character between each story phase, and the game doesn't tell you where in the world they spawn. If you don't speak to one before delivering the next ship part as part of the story, you're locked out of the achievement for that playthrough.

Let me get back to you on that as I am not sure there is an easy place to look beyond the initial trackable 50 for the Editor III badge.

There is a spot that staff can check, your totals are 243 in case you are wondering with these last submissions.
