So, again in all seriousness, this really seems like it has to do with his banishment, the aftermath and shenanigans of the temper tantrum following the banishment, and the subsequent re-emergence on the site. It likely has to do with him not being removed fully from the site, some backend table getting missed, and then the new data combining with legacy data in an unexpected way, causing a higher than expected badge score. Also, he still appears to be unlocking badges the last few days, so, it may be that it is better to wait until the site has fully caught him up before attempting to repair anything.
