So now that the games been out for a few weeks, probably less than a week for a few, how do you like or dislike the game?

I personally don't think its a Call of Duty killer, but its definitely fun in its own way. The wall running, running around stomping people to death in Titans and playing against the more than usual amount of people per game with the AI's is pretty fun. While I do wish that the online of it and other games on the Xbox One catered to more people than it does in a single game though.
For me I look at this game as the Halo Killer, The series has been run into the ground and this will be my replacement game. I would of liked to be playing this on the Xbox One, but the Titanfall bundle was a plain vanilla offer that was not worth $500 for one game. I will be playing it on the 360 once they release it.

Like I mentioned if they had a branded Titanfall console, I would probably spend more. The bundle they put together just says to me that MS did not sell the stockpile of X1s and have a surplus to get rid of, hence the vanilla Titanfall bundle that doesn't even have the Titanfall controller.

I'm going to hold out till September and hope for a Destiny branded console, I already pre-ordered the 360 version for $18 (with another $10 back), or if some incredible deal comes my way between now and then I may buy the X1.

Thanks for the heads up tho.

The multiplayer by 343 Industries was the clincher, If I wanted a CoD/Battlefield type game I would go and play them. I don't want that in Halo. So for me Halo is ruined. I have played Halo with family members for fun and all I have mentioned above means I'm moving on hopefully to something better.

I love Titanfall. I don't think it's a _____ Killer, but I think it is a great game.

I stopped playing Call of Duty with Modern Warfare 2. It was more of a personal boycott as to how Activision teats their franchises and even their own people. I also felt that it was just the same game year after year, and was generally disappointed with the off year release. My point is that I feel that Titanfall is that evolution of Call of Duty-style multiplayer.

I don't think it is completely different from CoD, and I don't think that it's going to "kill" Call of Duty, but I sure prefer it to any other multiplayer experience out there right now. And I love me some Halo.

I play Halo mostly for the campaign, but I do also enjoy the MP, as well. I feel Halo is a more deliberate, slow, tank style game, while CoD and Titanfall are more fast paced shooters. I think Titanfall takes the fast paced shooter a little closer to the tank style of Halo than CoD does, but I think that's because of the big walking tanks.

To compare to Battlefield 4, see most of my arguments of Call of Duty. Battlefield 4 has ensured that I will not be buying another Battlefield game in the future.

In conclusion, I will continue to not buy Call of Duty, as I think Titanfall is a superior experience, but I will still be buying Halo for story and to play multiplayer with friends.

Titanfall is the bee's knees.
Yup.

You get better weapons and skills by getting exp. The geniuses at 343, have made it that the the guy who plays 24/7 and nothing else always has the advantage. Now you have to get x amount of kills in a game for a random weapon choice. This is not the Halo MP I have been playing for the last 10 years. It's garbage and I will be glad to move on. Halo on the X1, will most likely be a skip it title for me. It has gotten that bad.

Having not played the game I see Titanfall as a mesh of Halo and CoD with an added layer of Mechs. Part Sci-fi which I am a big fan of and part military shooter. I was so annoyed with Halo 2, that I was hoping to move on then with Gears of War. That turned out to be a big disappointment and horrible multiplayer game. There will be people out there that love this game, I didn't. Ultimately I am looking at Titanfall to be the next great MP experience for me. I just have to wait a couple of weeks now.
Yes Marv I don't play competitively pro or otherwise often...sometimes I get wrangled inbut its just not really my cup of tea...I suck or heavy moders or players that don't let me out of spawn just ruin the experience..if I do play fun its usually with a group of friends right after boosting or something.. But you kinda prove my point.. Its all relatively the same just different play styles or emphasis on tactics.. I don't want to get into an argue about so I'll agree that players like me might nit see what others see, so I see it could be seen as completely different, but to me...it just seems the same imhop.
