This can only be earned online in EA Sports Hockey League mode. You can either join an existing team that is accepting new members, create your own if you have someone to help you, or simply play a "Drop In" game, where it'll match you with another team that's about to play. You need to have at least 2 players in the "Dressing Room" to start a game, unless you're playing a Drop In game, which you can do solo. It's easier for most people to get this playing as a forward and scoring a goal, rather than getting a win as a goalie, so this guide is for that method. If you're not great at faceoffs, play as a winger and select either Sniper or Power Forward. Sniper has better shooting stats, but I found I got knocked around a little too easily. You can either try to position yourself in the high slot in front of the goalie, or right on his doorstep. The first will usually result in a pass from a teammate for a good chance, the latter will usually be a point shot for you to tip or bang in the rebound (what I did for my first). Obviously the real key is to put lots of shots on net, since you can occasionally score on bombs from the point or flukey ones that you don't expect to go in. Only call for passes if you're wide open, since they'll often get picked and go the other way. The achievement will pop as soon as you score your first goal in an EASHL game.
