You'll need to play through the game 2 partial times and 7 full playthoughs.

The endings are found as follows:
1) Do nothing at the start of the game.
2) Choose an incorrect number of boxes during chapter 1 (anything but 2), and go on to accept the pardon at the end of the chapter.
3) Choose the left switch at the end of chapter 2. At the end of chapter 3, keep the magnet gun and finish the game.
4) Choose the left switch at the end of chapter 2. At the end of chapter 3, give up the magnet gun and finish the game.
5) Choose the centre switch at the end of chapter 2. At the end of chapter 3, pick the left button.
6) Choose the centre switch at the end of chapter 2. At the end of chapter 3, pick the right button.
7) Choose the centre switch at the end of chapter 2. At the end of chapter 3, use the lift straight ahead.
8) Choose the right switch at the end of chapter 2. At the end of chapter 3, pick the left button and use the lift..
9) Choose the right switch at the end of chapter 2. At the end of chapter 3, pick the right button and use the lift.
