This may be your last achievement needed as it's complete RNG. First, you need 5000 FUN (you can exchange 2 EX-Cubes for 1000 FUN tickets, for example). Then go to the FUN shop under Franca's Cafe and buy the Trick Darts in the Furniture section. Travel to your personal quarters and place the Darts in there (mind your limit of furniture) and then RNG remains. You need to get a triple 20, which may happen any time, if at all. My personal best was a bullseye for 50.
