THIS IS MY SOLUTION TO UNLOCKING THIS ACHIEVEMENT:
I say do it with 7 people to be most effective. Killer on Axis and all others on Resistance anymore and you will end up with 2 people on the Axsis and that second person won't benifit as much.

Set up the match like this:
TEAM DEATH MATCH
TEAM BALANCING: OFF
MAP: HOSPITAL
FRIENDLY FIRE: ON

It should be the Hospital, due to the small map size and also other maps don't seem to give you as much money.

Get your 7 people together and put 6 on the Resistance on this is the team that will be dying. Have all members of the Resistance throw down a satchel charge right at thier feet. Then, just blow them up with your satchel. (no need ot kill them with your gun). You should net your self clsoe to 2000 or 3000 gold every time you kill the group.. It may or may not help if their backs are toward you, this goes for battle awarness. (thing about this is I did find it to work, but you need to leave the area and re-enter after about 5-10 seconds.. which would not be too benificial.)

You do not have to be by the stair case as mentioned in other solutions we did it on the opposite side of the stated starcase and it still works. THE KEY TO THIS IS THAT EVERYONE MUST THROW A SATCHEL CHARGE AND FRIENDLY FIRE MUST BE ON!
