*THIS IS A CUMUATIVE ACHIEVEMENT AND DOES NOT HAVE TO BE DONE IN A ROW OR IN THE SAME SITTING!

Right at the begining of the game after the tutorials and as soon as your able to free roam.. jump on bike.. find the nearest trash can and camp.. or if you don't want to look for a trash can simply wait or ride your bike for a little bit, It will only take a few seconds before you see a police crusier.. ram the cruiser (use turbo A button) then wait for the cop to bust you, you will be taken to the police station and from there, you can find two very good spots for this.
