This achievement will unlock once you purchase all the Ring Power Upgrade in the game. Hit the start button on your controller/Upgrades and purchase the 4 different Ring Surges. Three of the four powers have upgrade levels.

Reserve
Level 1 - 20,000 Will Points
Level 2 - 30,000 Will Points

Enforcer
Level 1 - 20,000 Will Points
Level 2 - 30,000 Will Points

Proficiency
Level 1 - 20,000 Will Points
Level 2 - 30,000 Will Points

Lantern's Light
100,000 Will Points
