Bayou FeverG 10

There are a total of 9 Bayou Fever victims in the Bayou area. To make the Fever victims appear you must first complete the side mission obviously titled "Bayou Fever". The mission will be marked with a Skull icon, it will become available to you after completing Sequence 2 Memory 6. The mission is near the small town in the northern section of the Bayou just west of the Fast Travel point. To cure the Fever victims you must use your fists to knock them unconscious and then give them the medicine.
