This achievement is acquired by downloading and rating 25 user maps. Simply go into the game and download 25 user made maps from the Map Community menu. Once you have the maps you can host your own private Player Match from the multiplayer menu. These matches can be run with just one player by force starting it or you can run it with friends. In Player Matches you have the ability to add the downloaded maps into a playlist. There is a limit on the number of maps per playlist which is 15 maximum.

Once you have created a private match you can cycle through the 15 maps. There is no need to play the match. Once the match starts you can go into the pause menu and select call a vote to end the match. This lets you quit the match without having to play or wait for the time to finish. Once the match ends, it will bring up a match stats and results page. Here you will see the ability to rate the map at the bottom of the screen by pressing the Y button. Rate the 15 maps in the playlist, then create another play list for the next 10 maps. Rinse & repeat, and the achievement will be yours.
