To unlock this achievement you will have to max out all the Manuals and Bandoliers for 27 weapons with either headshots, kills, or executions. This will be the most time consuming achievement of the game. It will require many three person boosting session to complete.
A kill is not always a kill in this game. When attacking an enemy there can only be one of four outcomes.
1) A headshot kill that counts towards your Bandolier totals and the enemy dies instantly.
2) A kill which will count towards your Operation Manual. Take note that this is not an instant kill, but a slow bleed out with the opportunity of a team mate to revive them. If they are not revived, they will die on their own from the wound. Having that 3rd person in the boosting session to revive will make getting kills much quicker as you can repeatedly keep shooting your target after they are revived. You will know you have gotten a kill when you see the death animation. The enemy will be shot, he will fall to the ground on his back, then quickly turn over on his stomach, and finally turn over one more time to hold his gut in pain. You will also notice that your reticle will turn from white to red if you aim at the body.
3) An execution that counts towards your Maintenance Manual. When an enemy is downed from a kill you can let them bleed out or shot them delivering the final blow which will be considered an execution kill.
4) Multikills only register with certain weapons and count towards Bandoliers for that weapon. Two enemies will need to die at the same time for a multikill to count.
Additional Notes
1) You will need to download a player created map called JPs Boost Paradise. It has been created to help boosting weapon easier. To use this custom map in ranked matches you need to have a USB drive plugged into your console before you set up the uprising match. Set up all the requirements (#Players, Respawn time, etc...) you want for the match, then select custom map. Hit Y twice to see the downloaded maps section and remove the USB drive which will reveal the boost map saved on your hard drive.
2) The person working on weapons needs to be on the red team (APR) by themselves, the other two players will be on the yellow team (UFLL).
3) When the match starts or if you have just been killed you will spawn in with a temporary shield that will go away once you fire your weapon. If you do not fire your weapon you will be waiting for a 10 second timer to run out. You will want to fire your weapon to speed up the killing process for those going for the kills.

Headshots are not counted as kills, they are seperate. I ran 3 consoles and i advise doing the same if you can. The host console needs to be an xbox 360 with a usb stick. The other 2 can be anything. This grind will take between 30-40 hours with 3 xboxes, roughly 120 hours with 3 players. The longest weapon by far is the MGL 140 grenade launcher, it breaks after roughly 3 kills. You need to keep suiciding when it rusts and reload in with a fresh weapon or your kills will not land. Good luck. PS if you have turbo controllers this is a life saver, you want your fodder accounts to be turbo firing RT every match, to bypass the spawn shield when they spawn.
